Over the last five-plus years that's meant work across just about every category,
restaurants, retail, healthcare, nonprofits, heavy industry, enough different worlds
that walking into a new one doesn't faze me. It helps that I've never had a manual
for any of it: everything I do, I taught myself, so taking on something new and
making it work is just how I operate.
Part of that adaptability is background. I've lived between countries and cultures
and I'm bilingual, so reading an unfamiliar business comes naturally. The more
useful part is what it's made me good at: spotting the thing that's off, the gap
worth closing, the better way to do something, and saying so instead of waiting to
be asked. Solutions over problems, as a habit.
Outside the work I shoot photos, DJ vinyl, and take my coffee more seriously than I
should. I like making things, on and off the screen.
